How does FRONT DOOR EXPRESS work?
We are a "Multiple Restaurant Delivery Service". FRONT DOOR EXPRESS contracts with many Franchise and /or independently owned restaurants in your neighborhood, so that you can be ensured of the most variety when looking for delivery of restaurant prepared meals at your home, hotel or office. You don't have to settle for "just pizza" anymore - now you have many choices!!
As a partner with your favorite local restaurants, FRONT DOOR EXPRESS provides Marketing (WebSite, printed Menu booklets etc.), order Taking (Call Center Customer Service Reps and Internet), and Delivery (Drivers and Dispatch Operations). Local Restaurants prepare the quality food you have grown to love and we pick it up and deliver it to you. So all you have to do is give us a call (place your order on the internet), sit back, relax, and we will take care of the rest!
How much is the delivery charge?
Only $5.00 for the first Restaurant within your delivery zone and $4.00 for each additional Restaurant. It doesn't matter from which Restaurant you order from, you'll pay as low as $5.00 to have your favorite restaurant food delivered to your door by our professional FRONT DOOR EXPRESS "Expression Specialist" . Delivery Rates may vary depending on your zip code. If you have questions or can't find your delivery zone, please contact us at (678) 252-2144.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No! There is no minimun order from any restaurant.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Front Door Express now accepts Cash and of course, we do accept Credit Cards. (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Diners Club)
Can the Expression Specialist accept gratuities (tips)?
Yes, gratuities are greatly appreciated. Your FRONT DOOR EXPRESS driver uses their own vehicle and works hard to make sure your order is correct, hot, and delivered in a timely manner. 15% is customary and can be added to any major credit card. All orders over $100.00 will have a minimum 10% gratuity added to them.
When should I order?
Orders must be placed at least 1 hour before your desired delivery time .
Can I place an order for future time?
YES! We recommend placing an Advanced Order to help ensure your desired delivery time, particularly during peak lunch times. Advanced orders can be placed online up to 5 days before desired delivery time. Click on the Advance orders / Takeout button at the top of this page to schedule a future delivery.
How many restaurants can I order from at one time?
You may order from as many restaurants as you wish, however, for each additional restaurant order there will be an additional $5.00 fee. Additional fees for restaurants outside your normal delivery zone are automatically calculated by our ordering program. The delivery charge applied to your order is immediately visible to you in the ordering window as soon as you add an item to your order. Delivery fees begin at $6.00 within your delivery zone,and up to $8.50 from a distant zone. Please keep in mind that orders from more than one restaurant and out of zone deliveries will arrive together, yet may extend delivery time.
